How to get the commission reward:

1. Share the invitation code or invite link. After your friends register and link the code, they will be confirmed as your invitee.
2. When the invitee's total accumulated deposit amount reaches the standard for the first time, they will start to bring you rewards.
   a. The standard means during this activity, the invitee's accumulated total accumulated deposit amount reaches 200USD (or equivalent in other currencies) for the first time.
   b. The invitee you invited before the activity, if their total accumulated deposit amount is less than 200USD (or equivalent in other currencies) before the activity starts, and continue to deposit during the activity, they can also bring you rewards after reaching the standard.
   c. If your invitee’s total accumulated deposit amount has reached 200USD(or equivalent in other currencies), they will not bring you rewards.
   d. Users who have deposited and haven’t linked any invitation code before the deposit, can not link the invitation code after deposit. So please remind your friends to link your invitation code before deposit.
3. Within 6 months after your invitees reach the standard, their stock and option transactions will bring you rewards.

Reward calculation and issue:

1. After your invitee's stock and option trading order is filled, you will receive 25% of their order commission.
   a. You can see the commission calculation formula in Help Cente.
   b. The commission rewards are calculated and issued in USD. When your invitees trade Hong Kong stocks, the commission will be converted into USD at the real-time exchange rate recorded in the RockFlow system, and then the reward will be calculated in USD. c. You will not get a reward when your invitees trade money box.
   d. When your invitees' account risk is too high and triggers forced liquidation, the forced liquidation order will not bring you a reward.
2. The commission reward will be calculated and displayed in your reward list after your invitee's order is filled. If the order is cancelled by the user or the exchange, or the order becomes invalid due to other reasons, the reward brought by the order will also be recovered.
3. The commission reward will be issued once a quarter. The reward of the previous quarter will be paid on the last working day of January, April, July and October.
4. The commission reward can only be issued to the account that has completed the account opening review. If you do not complete the account opening review when the reward is issued, the reward will continue to be accumulated and will be issued after your account opens and deposit. The commission rewards are retained for up to one year. If the account opening and deposit are not completed within one year after receiving them, the rewards will be invalid.
5. The reward will be issued in the form of vouchers, which is a right and interest obtained by RockFlow users through participating in activities and other ways. It can only be used in RockFlow APP. You can use it when trading stocks and options, and after use, you can obtain cash returns equal to the voucher amount you used.

Reasons for expulsion or denial or participation are, but not limited to, suspecting a user of creating multiple accounts to cheat the system and paying people to join the brokerage through a referral link. RockFlow reserves the right to suspend and/or shut down such accounts, suspend the activity or take legal measures.
